WHY WE EXIST
The Luxembourg rental market was built for agencies, not for people.
Interns, expats, freelancers and students arrive in Luxembourg needing a furnished place for a few months — and find a market designed around twelve-month unfurnished leases, agency fees worth half a month's rent, and viewings you can only attend in person.
On the other side, private owners with one or two properties pay that same fee to reach tenants they end up screening themselves anyway.
So we removed the middle. Tenants build a verified dossier once. Landlords see it before they answer. Everything else — the contract, the first payment, the calendar — happens online.
