Sign up with your email, add your basic details — who you are, your arrival date and how long you plan to stay — then upload your dossier: an ID, proof of income or an employment or internship contract, and any document that supports your solvency. Once verified, your profile is marked pre-approved and you can send requests without resubmitting anything.

Submit your property through the publish form: address, size, furnishing, availability and the monthly rent you have in mind. Our team gets in touch to confirm the details and prepare the listing. From then on you receive requests only from tenants whose dossier is already approved, and you sign the contract digitally.

Yes. Most listings are in and around Luxembourg City — Kirchberg, Belair, Bonnevoie, Limpertsberg, Gasperich — but properties across the country can be listed, including Esch-sur-Alzette, Differdange and the areas along the border used by cross-border commuters.

Stays run from 1 to no limit, so a six-month internship or a fixed-term contract fits without signing a three-year lease. Furnished homes mean you arrive with a suitcase. An internship agreement or work contract counts as proof of income, and the whole process — dossier, requests, contract — is handled online, so you can arrange your home before you land.

Nothing is lost. Your profile stays pre-approved and your documents stay on file, so you can send a request to the next property immediately with no extra paperwork. Landlords decline for practical reasons — dates that do not line up, a property already reserved — and it has no effect on your standing on the platform.
