Getting verified on LuxFlat Direct: documents and verification explained
On LuxFlat Direct you do it once. Two documents, verified within 24 hours, and your profile is ready to send requests to any listing.
Common questions
You'll need a valid ID and proof of income — either recent payslips or your employment or internship contract. Upload both once and your profile is ready to share with any landlord.
Landlord verification is handled by our team. When you submit a property, we get in touch to confirm the documents we need and to check that you are entitled to let it. A listing only goes live once that review is complete.
Most profiles are verified within 24 hours of submitting your documents.

Yes, a Luxembourg bank account is required to rent through LuxFlat Direct.
You start by submitting the property through the publish form — address, size, furnishing, availability and the monthly rent you have in mind. Our team then contacts you to confirm which documents are needed for your property and to complete verification before the listing is published.
Yes. All documents are stored encrypted and access to them is logged, so only authorised review can see your information.
